Shipping
16. Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay, no later than 10 days after your order has been placed.
17. Please allow for up to 5 -10 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
18. Cancellations, returns and refunds will be based on the individual seller/merchant's policy.
19. For goods that can be cancelled/returned/refunded, an order for goods start the moment you place your order and ends 7 days from the day you receive your goods.
20. To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify the seller/merchant by sending them a message on their shop page about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
21. If you are in possession of the goods, you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to the seller/merchant at your own cost (unless the item is delivered to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
22. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
23. Once you have notified the seller/merchant that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
24. You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:
(a) the supply of goods or services where prices are dependent upon fluctuations in the financial markets, which are beyond the control of the seller/merchant.
(b) the supply of goods that are made to the customer's specification or are clearly personalised.
25. In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:
(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed.
(b) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property
26. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use FanatixShop strictly in accordance with its terms of use. By using the Site, you agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities as specified in these Terms. Additionally, you shall not use the Site in a manner that could harm, disable, overburden, or interfere with the enjoyment of the Site by others.
